Altitude TV to film from a helicopter on Wednesday, June 10

Eagle Vail, CO – If you are playing at the Eagle Vail Golf Club on Wednesday afternoon, June 10th, don’t be alarmed if the whomp-whomp from helicopter rotors interrupts your backswing. Relax and call for a mulligan. It will just be the helicopter of Altitude TV flying overhead, filming the beauty of the Eagle Vail Golf Club.  The film shoot is planned for some time after 2:00pm.
“Everyone who has ever played Eagle Vail knows how beautiful it is and how well groomed it is,” said Ben Welsh, PGA Head Golf Professional.  “Now we get to showcase its incredible attributes throughout the Rocky Mountain region with a half hour show on Golf at Altitude,” exclaimed Welsh.

Altitude Sports & Entertainment is the most watched regional sports network in the Rockies.  Altitude was created by Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche owner Stan Kroenke to give area sports fans the most comprehensive regional sports network in the Rockies and will be a great advertising partner for the Eagle Vail Golf Club.

The half hour shows will air from late June through Labor Day, highlighting the beauty, value and convenience of Eagle Vail Golf Club.  Welsh will provide tips about successfully playing the course, which boasts a blend of holes on the valley floor and on undulating mountain terrain, punctuated by creeks and the Eagle River.  It is regarded as one of the most beautiful golf experiences in the Vail Valley, and it is central to all amenities and activities, including the public swimming pool, tennis courts and parks in the Eagle Vail neighborhood.
